We just used the dump station at Camping world in Coxsackie NY, exit 21B off interstate 87. It was $20 (free if you belong to Good Sam) They supplied the hose to use. The area was in the back in front of bay 19 of the service area.
FYI the Kingston NY location does not have a dump site.

Millers Rest Area is 13 miles north of Tonopah NV on Hwy 95. Free Rv dump/rinse & potable water. Shade, lawn, tables, toilets and bbq at some over nightspots. Go to the back lot for “camping”, opposite side of main area from the ‘RV’s here’ signage.
