Chester Frost Park (county park) off Hixson Pike (TN 319) about 5 miles north of TN 153. There are four dump stations, three are off the main drive before you approach the camping areas. These are "in a line" so if someone is using one, you may have to wait to get to an unused station. The fourth is more distant, sheltered, and easily accessible. No fee is charged.
