Interstate 95 in Rhode Island runs north to south for 43 miles from the Massachusetts state line to the Connecticut state line. Exit numbers are based on the consecutive numbering system. Northbound travelers should read up the chart. Southbound travelers read down the chart.

Woonsocket Water Treatment Facility behind the Fire Station on Cumberland Hill Rd in Woonsocket. No charge, but the cover is always locked, you'll need to go inside building to have them unlock the cap during normal business hours. It's sometimes difficult to find anyone during lunch hours.
