Exit numbers are based on the consecutive numbering system. Northbound travelers should read up the chart. Southbound travelers read down the chart.

No charge, but the cover is always locked, you'll need to go inside building to have them unlock the cap during normal business hours. It's sometimes difficult to find anyone during lunch hours.
