Submitted by Anonymous on Sat, 04/30/2011 - 7:47am.From I-44 take the Cache Road Exit, go 1/4 mile, and take a left at the domed shaped building on South side of the road, take a right at the stop sign, and follow the road. You are in the Elmer Thomas City Park. As the road bends south, you will see a dump station on your right (west) side. If you get to the tennis courts you went to far. No fee. Open all year. Access to the dump station is excellent.
