Upon entering Oregon Inlet Fishing Center, take the first left to the parking area. The dump station will be located on the left.

Rest area/welcome center on US 64 just before entering the Outer Banks, free

When eastbound on US 64 this Rest Area/Welcome Center is on the right immediately after the US 64 bridge ends and you are on the ground on Roanoke Island. When in the Rest Area, keep to the right and the dump station is at the end of the property, on the left next to a shed.
