I have been unable to locate the exact dump site at the treatment plant. Be careful as the facility is somewhat tight and not big-rig friendly.

waste gas

today i spent 3 hours looking for this dump site, and was unsuccessful- i figure it cost me $30 in gas, as i drive a tundra- very frustratingeven the city workers took me to the wrong place
