It is operated by the City of Arco and my not be open! It is closed a lot do to being plugged-up. Potted and no potted water not available till May 1.

Update:

Butte County RV dump station (per sign), Free, flush water, potable water, trash dumpster. 0.5 mi S of jct US-20/26/93 on US-20/US-26, S edge of town, just north of Dave's travel plaza, open May 1st to Oct 31st.
