Waste treatment plant on NE 9th St. From SR-20 and N Main St, go north .5 mile to NE 9th St and turn east .3 mile. There is no water to rinse with. Free.

Enter east of the sewer plant from 9th st. as if you were going to the boat ramp, then turn right behind the big tree to line up with the dump drain.
