Pay Site
Not a big deal since it's hard to find dumpsites in orange county. $10 bucks. Dumping and water faucet available.
Limited operating hours
Only open from 7am to 5pm. Makes dumping during week all but impossible for working folks
Not level
Bring leveling blocks. Site is sloped away from RV Dump Outlets. Used to be open 24 hrs. but, too many folks took advantage of not paying via the "honor pay system" and/or left big messes for the staff to clean up in the mornings. Because of the people who wrecked it for those of us who are honest and responsible, they now padlock the site after hours. Other than that, it is a great, clean, easy access site for $10.
