Primm, Nevada
This dump is kind of hard to find. It is located across the McDonalds parking lot towards the Texaco station. When I used it in March 2008 I was able to use their water but someone turned it off after I had used it.

McD will turn on the water
It IS hard to find, but marked by steel pipes and is clearly a dump station up close. We used this station 4/1/2010 and as we were washing up, a McD employee came out to say that they controlled the water tap and that it is usually turned off, but any time we needed to use the station, come into McD's and ask them to turn it on. Good find!
still an available dump station
We were thrilled to find this info. online and even more excited to successfully complete our deposit (dump our tanks.) We were there 4/2011 and the "steel posts" are now painted in yellow and red ( same as McDonald's.)
McDonalds Dump Station
As of 8/3/2011 the dump station is still there. I checked with the manager prior to dumping and the manager said she had no idea the dump station was there. She said that McDonalds has nothing to do with it. Obviously employees are not on the same page. Any way, I used the station. The water was on and It did not get turned off as I used it.
Because of the great directions in the previous posts, it was very easy for me to find. Basically, on the west side of McD parking lot between McD and the gas station.
Question.... Can someone tell me if the water at the McD dump station is fresh water or non-potable? I assumed it fresh due to lack of any sign saying other wise.
McDonalds dump
As of Nov.8 2011 still open so easy to find. Water was working..
What a find!
Thanks for all the great info. After spending the weekend at the races and not going straight home we were concerned. This is Primm's best kept secret. Located between McD and Texaco.

Yes, it is still there, and operational.
Spent the first week of April on Ivanpah Dry Lake for the yearly NABX (www.nabx.net) kite buggy festival, in my RV! This dump station was a life saver!!! Make sure you have long hose, as cars will be parked in front of it. Or go early in the morning. As stated before, ask the friendly folks at McDonalds to turn the tap on.
