Cache County Fairgrounds, Logan, Utah $5 Dump Fee. South of Downtown Logan a block and a half West of HWY 89/91 on 400 South. Nice facility, two dump lanes. No Potable water but fairgrounds has RV sites and you can "borrow" some there.
