River Park (city park) adjacent to Santa Ynez River east of town (just east of Robinson Bridge on CA 246 and Sweeney Rd). Dump station is inside the park, beyond the campsites. The park (and dump station) close at dusk. $2

I'm A lompoc Local (New to this site...) But for $2 bucks you cant beat the convience! Place is very clean and usually isnt crowded.
