California Interstate 5

Interstate 5 in California runs north to south for approximately 797 miles from the Oregon state line to the Mexico border. Northbound travelers should read up the chart. Southbound travelers read down the chart.

    Comments: Northbound travelers use Exit 680 (CA 299 / Lake Blvd) and go west to N Market St and then north to Caterpillar Rd.
667 Deschutes Road / Factory Outlets Drive
  Shell Service Station directly across from Prime Outlets, $10 with fuel purchase or $15 without.
630 South Ave / Corning
  Flying J Travel Plaza, 2120 South Ave, 530-824-8767
  TA Travel Center

    Comments: Pass to right of propane tank, to left of gasoline islands. Dump is just beyond propane tank. Water supply is several feet from dump.
(608) Willows Rest Area
537 Main St / CA 113 S / Woodland
  Bill Lowe's Tires, 801 East St, 530-666-2415, $10. From exit go west on Main St to East St and turn left (south).

    Comments: Dump available only during business hours, call. Must leave driver's license, pay fee and get key to unlock the lock on the dump hole lid. Dump is located on the east side of property along the tree line. Note: tree limbs are low. Fee may be waived for tire service customers.
  Yolo County Fairgrounds at East St and Gibson Rd, 530-662-5393.

    Comments: Enter fairgrounds on Gum Ave, north of Gibson Rd. RV parking area is on right. RV parking is $25 per night with full hookups or $20 per night with water and electric only. Proceed south to fair gates, turn left to dump station near fence and light poles. $20 fee if not a guest and only available during business hours (8am-5pm, Mon-Fri).

  Public dump station at South Shores Boat Launch. From exit, follow Sea World Dr west to South Shores Boat Launch just before Sea World on right (north side of road).

The RV dump at Tejon Pass

The RV dump at Tejon Pass (northbound on I-5), California is not functioning and has not been since at least early November. We stopped to dump in Nov and again this past week and it cannot be used. It would be nice if this was posted prior to exiting for the rest area.
