we googled to find this dump in Bend and found it to be an excellent find. Brand new, a week old ( 8.7.09) according to a worker at the car wash. Self service. Bring quarters or dollar bills or five dollar bills.
Clean, inexpensive, simple, no lines and included a box to purchase gloves for .50 cents. Only drawback was the fitting on the water hose was damaged a bit. But that's not uncommon. Other than that, would highly recommend.
