Battle Row Campground (county park) on Claremont Rd, 516-572-8690 $5 fee for non-campers. From Long Island Expy, take the Round Swamp Rd exit and follow south to Sweethollow Rd and turn left. Follow this road to Claremont Rd and turn right. Campground is closed Nov thru Mar.

Needed to dump today found a place in queens that wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money, as they cater to buses. Decided to go online and found Battle Row, Called ahead to get rates for dumping they were the most reasonable I have ever found, very pleasant on the phone and waited for me to arrive even thou they were closing for an hour. Didnt have a chance to see the grounds but it was a nice quiet area and will strongly consider staying if I need a spot to put up at. Not 5 mins away from Adventure Land amusement park which made my travels there even better. Thanks Battle Row Campground
