Dump site used to be free.....I can understand that the owner might have to charge now with the city/county increase in sewer rates, but $5.00 would be more reasonable......

Fee for dump

It would be nice if the owner would offer a "free dump" with a fill-up. That way he could recoup some of the cost that the city is levying for sewage disposal and increase his fuel volumne.
