Shell gas station about 1/2 mile east of I-55 Exit 52; north side of the road next to McDonald's. Fee unknown.
Woodford State Fish & Wildlife Area is located on State Rt 26 and can be reached from either I-80 from the north or I-74 from the south. From I-80, take I-39 south for approximately 25 miles to State Rt 17 west for 20 miles to Lacon. Than take State Rt 26 south for 10 miles. The entrance is on the right and is well signed.
From I-74 at East Peoria, take State Rt 116 north for 5 miles to State Rt 26 north for 15 miles. The entrance is on the left and is well signed.
Dump site is located at the entrance of the park not far from your turn off from Route 26. The dump site at Woodford is very seldom used. Has both black and fresh water spigots available. Black water spigot is threaded so you can hook up to back flush your system. There is a fee for dumping if there's someone available to collect.
Hamilton County State Fish & Wildlife Area, 7 miles east of town
KOA campground has a dump station. About 1/2 mile West on IL 15 at the Mt. Vernon, IL exit on I57. Mile Marker 95. Cost is $5 for non-campers.
Wastewater treatment plant at 3712 Plainfield-Naperville Rd, no fee. The site is in southern Naperville between 95th St and 104th St. Accessible from I-55 Exit 263, about 5 miles north of exit.
Marion County Fairgrounds on IL 37 south of town
Tomson Causeway Park (Corps of Engineers), west of town on Mississippi River, $5 fee
Illinois Beach State Park, $5 fee for non-registered campers. There are two dump stations in the campground and one past the picnic areas just before the main parking lot at the beach. The campground stations are for campers but the one at the picnic area can be used by anyone.
