I-80, exit 310 KOA Campground, $10

Exit 310 go north, turn right at first light, then another right on the dirt road right behind the Pilot Truck Stop. Road to and in the KOA is gravel in good condition, watch the big speed bumps. There is no actual "dump station", but they will direct you into a vacant camping spot in front of the office after paying the $10 fee. The water is turned off sometimes during the winter when temps fall too low.
