31 Newton Newell Truck Stop, 68 and 31 updates

We went by 31 this past Thanksgiving to use the RV dump site you said they had and they do NOT have one there at all. So drop this site please...it was a waste of time/gas going there. 68 has an excellent site situated in the median with access north and southbound. The 23 Rest area northbound is stopped up..don't know about the south bound side.
