Oregon Inlet Fishing Center, 800-272-5199, free. Located 8 miles south of Whalebone Junction on NC 12 at the north end of the Oregon Inlet Bridge in Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Upon entering Oregon Inlet Fishing Center, take the first left to the parking area. The dump station will be located on the left.
